The State of Executive Background Checks

An AESC and Mintz Group inaugural examination of candidate background checks in executive search To help provide additional insight into how executive background screening is conducted, the impact it has on the search process, and how consultants evaluate background screening providers, the AESC and the Mintz Group worked together on an inaugural joint report, which surveyed AESC members in October and November 2021.
