In that time, we have expanded our geographic scope and functional expertise to provide our clients with a greater range of executive search and talent solutions.

Throughout this period of growth, we have maintained our singular focus: to support people and organizations in the workplace so they can activate their values in the world. This has been a hallmark of Lindauer since our founding.

Today, we’re excited to unveil an updated brand identity that reflects our evolution while celebrating the clients and candidates we’re honored to partner with every day.

Anchoring this new look is a new tagline: “Bringing the Future into Focus.”

Tagline

“Bringing the Future into Focus” means turning intention into action and translating mission into impact. It honors the profound difference that mission-driven organizations make every day. It also captures the essence of what we strive to create for both clients and candidates: a clear, thoughtful recruiting experience that is grounded in purpose and driven by long-term results.

As strategic partners, we help facilitate this journey, guiding clients and candidates to a place of clarity that enables them to make confident decisions and take critical steps forward.

Rather than a definitive statement, our new tagline is the start of a conversation and an invitation to engage further. It represents our commitment to working as true partners in advancing missions that change the world.

Logo Refresh

Our new visual identity brings renewed clarity and vibrancy to the Lindauer name. With a refreshed logo and updated colors, it reflects the energy, focus, and forward-looking perspective we bring to every search, while staying grounded in relationships and trust.

The Lindauer logotype now features a typeface called Season Sans, a font that is warm, human, and approachable and also clear and professional. These are the signature attributes we seek to embody in all of our client and candidate engagements.

The squares and the circle in the mark, evoking the iterative process of search and discovery, now appear in deeper, more vibrant shades of blue and red. The increased contrast between the colors in the mark reinforces the clarity and expressiveness of the logotype.

Designs

The circle in the Lindauer mark is now a defining structural and thematic element of our visual system. It can serve many functions: a lens for seeing, a spotlight for showcasing people, a microscope for examining details, or a telescope for understanding broader context.

It’s a simple yet powerful expression of our approach to executive search. For clients across the nonprofit world, we aim to strike a careful balance between being responsive and detail-oriented while always keeping our eyes on the big picture.

Looking Forward

While our look is evolving, our commitment to the mission-driven talent landscape remains unchanged. Founded in 1997, Lindauer has expanded both in geographic scope and functional expertise through the strategic growth of our leadership team. With the recent additions of Sage Search Partners, the Campbell & Company executive search practice, and the Pearl Street Collective to the Lindauer family, we’re bringing even greater support and flexibility to our partnerships.

We’re grateful to everyone who contributed to this brand update, particularly the talented team at Firebelly Design who translated our strategic vision into a compelling visual identity.
